The Caputo's culture promotes a love for all things food: cooking, gathering, sharing, and learning. We've taken our wealth of knowledge and our passion for food to another level with our cooking and tasting classes. Our in-house educators offer a vibrant atmosphere to learn regional recipes and traditions to implement into any home kitchen.
Tasting classes are taught by award winning educator, Matt Caputo. Guests are given an in-depth look into the world of fine cheese, charcuterie, and chocolate. Our entusiasm for food is exemplified in our exciting, thorough classes.
Cooking classes include a generous portion of each recipe for each guest, our expertise in choosing the finest ingredients, and step by step preparation. Wine education is an optional add-on for guests to learn not only how to select reasonably priced fine wines, but also how to pair with highlighted dishes, cheeses, or meats. Francis Fecteau of Libation brings yet another vast body of knowledge and passion to our classes.
