TASTING: Intermediate Chocolate

Intro to Fine Chocolate attendance REQUIRED. The next step in chocolate nerd-dom is this intensive and highly enjoyable class on fine bean-to-bar chocolate. More in-depth teaching of the chocolate-making process is the focus and students will learn why bars carry the stylistic traits of their unique makers. Held at the Downtown location. Class: $25
