Amedei's Medatazione collection includes 12 exotic ganache chocolates. The box includes two of each of the following: milk chocolate with orange liqueur, dark chocolate with rhubarb, dark chocolate with liquorice, milk chocolate with coffee, milk chocolate with ginseng, and Chuao dark chocolate.

"Pralines Meditazione are small pearls of flavour; they are called so because the maximum of their taste can be
reached when meditating. In this way they allow feelings to emerge slowly, and to laste for a long time. The
importance of raw materials continues, then, in a sort of mental dimension of the tasting. Hazardous and somewhat
unusual couplings featuring these taste jewels give a sweet dive in the past, searching for lost flavours.

In the praline “Giardino”, the only alcoholic one, the extract of Sicilian orange gives a fresh flavour: it is a sensitive
issue that you should taste by closing your eyes and pretending to laze in an orange grove or in an Arabic garden, the
sensations of orange coming in the final when the chocolate goes away and its flavour leaves the palate. The praline
“Equilibrio” *Balance,, following the dictates of traditional Spanish and Japanese cuisine, plays on the contrast
between the sweet milk chocolate and the bitterness of ginseng. The praline “Scintille” *Sparks, is to dominate the
memories of childhood, the taste of liquorice wheels eaten as a child. In this creation of Cecilia, dedicated to her
mother, when the chocolate begins to melt one thousand sparks of fresh liquorice invade the palate, deliciously. The
praline with rhubarb, “Radici” *Roots,, is dedicated to memories and beautiful moments of childhood, when, on
Sunday, we used to drink the warm rhubarb cordial with lemon rind. “Chicchi” *Coffee beans, is the praline who
tastes as moka coffee, a reinvented classic that stimulates the intellect and has the flavour of the Italian Sunday.
Finally, the praline Cacao, with a crunchy cover and a melting heart of mousse Chuao, expresses the strength and the
power of this unique cocoa."
