Intro to Fine Chocolate

Loved the class!
If you ever want to learn how to taste and enjoy fine chocolates, plus, how they are made, this is the class!
Sorry to say, we'll maybe not so sorry, but I have become a chocolate snob!
It's class truly opens up your mind and your senses into the world of fine chocolates!
Out of any of the classes offered, this is a not miss class.
What I truly would like to see, is more of the intermediate classes offered. And, maybe an advanced class offered.

This was my first of many tasting events at Caputos. It started a little late but Matt made up for that. I learned a lot and had a very good time. Thank you to everyone who helped make this date night such a success. I can't wait until the next event I am able to make it to.
And the food was amazing I left buying some great treats.
