Caputo's Housemade Guanciale (cured pork)

Cured Berkshire pork jowl seasoned with classic Italian herbs and spices. Guanciale, although cured the same way as pancetta, it has a wonderful earthy quality that is only found in this product. 

Use in a similar manner as pancetta. This is a staple in Italian cooking and holds an important place in dishes like pasta carbonara and amatriciana.
