Made from black and brown seeds mixed with verjuice and then blended with basil leaves, this mustard has extraordinary flavors and textures.
Still made traditionally by grinding the seeds between stones and milling with traditional millstones, the original bite of the mustard seeds remains intact to achieve this brand's consistent quality and bite.

I found some of this that had been sitting in my fridge for half a year and tried it. Best mustard I've ever tasted. Made me order 10 jars. Tried the new order and found it completely different from the old one in my fridge - much hotter to the point where you couldn't taste anything. I think this is a great mustard, but only if you let it age so its flavors calm down and get complex. It's definitely worth the time though.

The mustard is exceptionally versatile. Used to make sauces or just on a sandwich it livens everything up with an unusual flavor and kick.
