Product Description

Rubbed in our house blend of spices and dry cured for 10 days before being smoked, this incredible cut of pork is a staff favorite! The most prominent flavors come from white pepper, bay leaves and juniper berries in the rub with just a hint of sweetness from cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon.


Perfect for snacking, adding this to an antipasto plate will make any party a hit! It also makes a wonderful sandwich on crusty bread with whole-grain mustard or extra depth to your next pasta dish.


Made by our in-house butcher, Frody Volgger from heirloom breed Berkshire pigs from Christiansen's Family Farm in Vernal, Utah.
