Salt & Smoke South Tyrolean Ham




Product Description

Dry cured for 10 days, this Farmer's style ham is smoked with applewood, then pine. Our house spices lend a savory tone to this classic cut of pork with bay leaves, mustard and cinnamon.


Use for sandwiches, pizza and partictularly pannini!


Made by our in-house butcher, Frody Volgger from heirloom breed Berkshire pigs from Christiansen's Family Farm in Vernal, Utah.
